Peter completed his medical degree at the University of Auckland in 1998 and gained his specialist qualification in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2005. Peter has undergone fellowship training in New Zealand and Australia, specialising in reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee, revision arthroplasty, arthroscopy and sports surgery. He has a particular interest in computer navigated surgery and has had extensive fellowship training in computer navigated hip and knee replacement, as well as hip resurfacing procedures.
