Dr Amelia Ryan is a gynaecologist and laparoscopic surgeon working as a consultant in public practice at Te Whatu Ora Waitematā and as a gynaecologist at Advanced Gynaecology Auckland.  She is trained in advanced laparoscopy including laparoscopic hysterectomy and operative hysteroscopy.

Specialist Training
Amelia completed her medical degree in New Zealand followed by general O&G training at the Royal Women’s Hospital (RWH) in Melbourne, Australia. She completed a fellowship focused on the management of endometriosis in the Pelvic Pain unit at RWH and in gynaecological laparoscopy at Epworth Freemasons Hospital in Melbourne.
